Josh began his career within the youth academy at Shelbourne Rovers in his native Ireland before switching to Newport County in the summer of 2023.
He appeared during Newport’s opening fixtures before fracturing his leg in October of that year, spending a prolonged period on the sidelines before joining Weston on loan until the end of the 2024/2025 season.
