Hailing from Winscombe, Will joined Cheltenham Town at 16 and spent loan spells with Yate Town & Tuffley Rovers before departing at the end of his scholarship to focus on his university studies.
Will featured for Loughborough University and Stratford Town during his time in the midlands, before securing a move to Yeovil Town. Back in the south west, he featured for Weymouth and Oxford City on loan before returning to Yeovil and helping them win the National League South title in 2024.
Upon the expiry of his Yeovil contract in the summer of 2024, he joined Chippenham Town in the National League South and became a key player on either flank for the Bluebirds.
He made the switch to Weston in March 2025, playing a big part in the end of season run-in.
