Waite will link up with Scott Bartlett’s Spitfires side, having scored two goals and assisted two in 18 appearances this campaign.
The forward was also the architect behind Weston’s Emirates FA Cup First Round win against Aldershot Town at The Optima, bagging the winner in extra-time against The Shots.
Manager Scott Rogers said:
This is a great opportunity for Waitey and one that me & Scott (Bartlett) think will benefit both teams.
“I had a chat with Scott last week and mentioned I was struggling to get both Waitey and Luke (Coulson) in the same starting line-up especially away from home. I felt for Waitey because he’s been outstanding in training and very patient with me.
“He’s still very ambitious and wants to get back into full-time football, this opportunity may end up giving him that it he goes down there and does really well which I hope he does.
“He’s a great lad and fantastic footballer.”
We would like to wish James all the best during his spell at Eastleigh.
