Cummins joined Cobh Ramblers at the age of 15 from Blarney United, progressing into Cobh’s U19s side and eventually being handed sporadic first-team appearances.
He signed for League One side Exeter City in January 2024 on a two-and-a-half year contract, spending time on loan at Southern League Division One South side Mousehole towards the end of the season.
Throughout 2024-2025, he enjoyed loan spells with Poole Town, Taunton Town and Tiverton Town in the Southern League Premier, before getting handed a few late substitute appearances at parent club Exeter in the early months of 2025-2026.
In October 2025, he became new manager Scott Rogers’ first signing, joining the club on loan until January.
