Kelland spent time in the Swansea City and Cardiff City Academies before joining Wigan Athletic on a scholarship, eventually turning professional at the club.
He spent three years in Sweden before returning to Wales, featuring for the likes of Harverfordwest County, Penybont, Barry Town United and Bala Town.
The Seagulls signed him from the latter in June 2024, eventually allowing him to leave by mutually terminating his contract in December 2024 to join a Welsh Premier League side.
