Sam began his career in the Cardiff City Academy before joining Bristol City, going on to earn a professional contract and spend two loan spells with Bath City.
He then enjoyed temporary spells at Kilmarnock, AFC Wimbledon and Yeovil Town before settling with the latter, helping the Glovers win the 2024 National League South title.
He switched to Weston in October 2024 after his departure from Yeovil, looking to play closer to his Cardiff home.
