Over the summer, we moved to a new season ticket system as our old one was becoming obsolete. Like most clubs making a change to a key system, we’ve had a few issues along the way – we appreciate your patience while we’ve been getting everything in place.
Where possible, we encourage season ticket holders to use online tickets. You can access these in two ways:
- Email Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF copy of your tickets attached.
- FIXR App – Download the free FIXR app, log in, and your tickets will be available anytime.
Some supporters have requested physical tickets, which we have now processed. Please note: last season’s physical tickets will not be accepted.
Our staff may ask for ID to ensure that you have purchased the correct type of season ticket. This helps us keep things fair for all supporters.
If we believe a ticket has been purchased incorrectly or is being misused, we reserve the right to refuse entry and disable the season ticket without refund.
Our staff are aware of issues regarding names on some season tickets and our ticketing provider is working on a solution. This will not cause an issue when entering the stadium.
To use the season ticket holders’ car park, simply show your season ticket or car park pass when you arrive.
Car park passes can be collected from the season ticket holders’ entrance (same location as last season).
If you are a new season ticket holder, please speak to a steward on arrival and they will assist you.
