Rogers joined Weston as Scott Bartlett’s assistant in the summer of 2023, and was then appointed first-team manager in October2025 after Bartlett had departed for the manager’s job at Eastleigh.

Rogers had been the manager of Tiverton Town, alongside his family member Martyn Rogers. Before being in charge at Tivvy, Scott was also player-manager at Willand Rovers.

His playing career took in the likes of Forest Green Rovers, Weston, Bath City, Newport County and Tiverton, where he scored the only goal in the 1999 FA Vase Final, the penultimate played at the old Wembley Stadium.
