Scott Rogers enjoyed a playing career with the likes of Bristol City, Tiverton Town, Weston, Chippenham Town and Newport County before becoming player-manager at Willand Rovers in 2013.

Three seasons at the Devon club was followed by a move as player-coach to Tiverton in 2016 before he was promoted to joint-manager in 2019. Still finding his feet in management, he saw his Yellows side into the Southern League Premier South top six during 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, both campaigns being halted due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

He joined Weston as Assistant Manager in July 2023, linking up with Scott Bartlett and helping to spearhead the club forward.
