How can I buy a season ticket?
You can purchase your season ticket online or in person at The Optima Stadium club office during opening hours.

How do I access my season ticket?
Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you’ll be able to access them in any of the following ways:
1. Email Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with a PDF copy of your tickets attached.
2. FIXR App: Download the free FIXR app on your mobile device and log in to access your tickets anytime, anywhere.
3. FIXR Website: Log in at fixr.co and go to My Bookings to view and download your tickets.
Your ticket will be scanned on entry.
Please note: Season tickets from previous years will not work this season.

Where do I enter the stadium on matchday?
For league matches, please use the Players, Officials and Season Ticket Holders Entrance.
Season tickets are not valid for cup or pre-season fixtures, so you should enter via the turnstiles for these fixtures.

How do I get 50% off pre-season games?
Season ticket holders can get 50% off pre-season match tickets at the turnstiles only.
There will be a dedicated turnstile for this – simply show your season ticket to claim the discount.
Details on which turnstile to use will be communicated closer to the start of pre-season

Can you ask for ID when I enter the stadium?
Yes – our staff may ask for ID to ensure that you have purchased the correct type of season ticket. This helps us keep things fair for all supporters.
If we believe a ticket has been purchased incorrectly or is being misused, we reserve the right to refuse entry and disable the season ticket without refund.

Can I use the season ticket holders car park?
Yes – simply show your season ticket to the steward upon arrival at The Optima Stadium and you’ll be directed to the designated car park.
Due to visiting teams typically arriving in cars for pre-season fixtures, season ticket holders will not be able to use the dedicated car park. However, you can still park for free by showing your season ticket at the main car park entrance.

Can I transfer my season ticket to someone else?
Season tickets are non-transferable and should only be used by the person named on the ticket.
This helps us manage entry, security, and supporter benefits fairly for all fans.
