Men's First Team
National League South Tue 18 November The Optima Stadium
Weston-super-Mare
Ebbsfleet United
19:45

The Seagulls are at home for the first time in 17 days, when Weston played out their magnificent 2-1 win over Aldershot Town in the FA Cup. Since then, Weston have played on the road three times and won their last two at Eastbourne Borough and Chippenham Town in the league and FA Trophy respectively.

Callum Wood scored the only goal at Hardenhuish Park on Saturday, as Scott Rogers continues his great start as Weston manager. Wood turned the ball home from close-range after debutant Liam Sercombe got a touch to former Ebbsfleet man Luke Coulson’s dangerous, inswinging free-kick.

Ebbsfleet United are back in National League South after suffering relegation from the National League last season, and Josh Wright’s side are currently eleventh in the table, just three points off the early play-off places and with games in hand.

The Kent side will be full of confidence having won their last three in National League South following victories over Salisbury, Maidstone United and at AFC Totton.

Like Weston, Fleet also made it into the hat for the FA Trophy Third Round draw following Saturday’s victory in their Kent derby with Sittingbourne. After a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes, Ebbsfleet won 5-3 on penalties.

There have been some great games under the Optima lights this season, and Tuesday’s tough encounter with Ebbsfleet is likely to provide another great occasion, as The Seagulls now play three games in seven days in BS24.

Parking Information

We have a fair-sized car park at the stadium, with a limited amount of matchday parking available for Blue Badge holders. If a Blue Badge space is required, we recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot.

Season ticket holders can park for free in the Season Ticket Holders’ Car Park behind the main stand by showing their season ticket or car parking pass at the main car park entrance.

Once the stadium car park is full on matchday, all supporters are asked to park responsibly in the two nearby industrial estates, which are just a 5–10-minute walk from the Optima Stadium. Please do not park in the housing estate opposite the club, as this can cause issues for local residents.

Please note that we are only able to accommodate the official away team coach within the Optima Stadium.

We have now moved to 100% digital programmes, which are available free of charge to all supporters.
